Physical Body
The ground everything stands on. We work with Ayurvedic principles — your constitution, and what balance looks like for it specifically.
- Constitution and balance
- Food and the elements
- Simple, sustainable daily rhythm
One-on-one guidance in breath, body, and self-inquiry — carried entirely through text and voice memos, woven into the life you already live. No calls to schedule. No performance. Just the work, and space to do it.
The first step is a conversation, not a commitment.
Our Unique Process ·
All coaching here happens through text and voice memos. That is a deliberate design, not a limitation.
When teaching happens live and in person, something predictable occurs: the student starts leaning on the teacher's presence. The presence feels like the thing that works — so the student attaches to the person instead of the practice. Then the teacher becomes the distraction.
Voice and text remove that. You hear the guidance, you sit with it, and you do the work in your own life, on your own ground. What takes root that way is yours. It doesn't leave when a call ends.
And here, experience comes first. You won't be handed a philosophy to believe. You'll be given a practice to try, and the explanation follows what you discover in it.
How It Works ·
Bring something that's stuck — a feeling, a pattern, a question you can't see around — and experience the work firsthand. We exchange voice memos: you talk about where you are and what you're looking for; I listen for what sits underneath it. We both find out if it resonates. No charge, no pitch at the end of it.
If we continue, you receive an overview designed intuitively for you: a daily practice shaped around your body, your history, and your life as it actually is — not a template handed to everyone.
Ongoing guidance by text and voice memo as the practice unfolds — questions answered, practice adjusted, mantra and breathwork refined as you change. A steady container, held month to month.
The Three Pillars ·
Every practice here draws on three layers of the same person. Which one leads depends on where you are.
The ground everything stands on. We work with Ayurvedic principles — your constitution, and what balance looks like for it specifically.
Breath is the handle on the nervous system. Practice progresses at your pace, from simple pranayama to advanced kriya where it's warranted.
Underneath the techniques sits one inquiry, asked honestly and without hurry: Who am I? Everything else prepares the ground for it.
Pricing ·

The Monthly Container
$250 / month

No one is ever turned away for inability to pay.
If cost is the barrier, say so.
Supported places are part of the design of this practice, not an exception to it. Members who pay the full rate sustain the places held for those who can't — so the help reaches whoever needs it, and the structure carries that value instead of one person's sacrifice. No paperwork, no proof. Just say it plainly, the way it's offered.
About ·
I didn't set out to build a coaching practice. I set out to practice — and stayed with it. Years of daily breathwork, kriya, and mantra, pursued because something in me wouldn't leave it alone. The practice changed the texture of my days, then the direction of my life. Teaching arrived the same way the practice did: people started asking, and answering honestly became the work.
Some of my students have been with me for more than six years. Not because of anything I perform — this format has no stage — but because the work itself holds up when a person does it.
The name is the whole philosophy. An empty vessel isn't a lack; it's what's left when the noise, the grasping, and the static are set down, so something true can move through. That's the state the practice points at, and it's the only honest way I know to teach it.
My role is not to be a guru or a distraction, but an empty vessel myself — a clear channel so your own wisdom can emerge.
Honest Questions ·
Because live presence quietly becomes the point. Students attach to the teacher — to being seen, steadied, comforted in real time — and the practice becomes secondary. Text and voice memos remove the person you're tempted to lean on and leave the work itself, which is the only part that was ever going to change anything. It also means guidance fits a real life: you listen and respond when your day allows, including at 5 a.m. before work.
Consistency more than duration. Most practices here run minutes, not hours, and they're designed around your actual schedule. What it asks is honesty: do the practice, notice what happens, report it truthfully — including the days you didn't do it. The guidance is only ever as good as the information it stands on.
Simply. If the monthly rate is genuinely out of reach, say so in your first message. A supported place is held for you at a rate you can carry, including none where that's the truth. Full-rate members sustain those places — it's built into the pricing on purpose. There's no application and no proof of income. The same honesty the practice asks for everywhere else applies here.
No. The practice is designed from wherever you actually are — several current students started with none. Advanced kriya exists here for those ready for it, but nothing is rushed and nothing is a prerequisite. The Pathfinding Session is where we find your starting point.
No. This is guidance in breath, body, and self-inquiry — an old kind of teaching, not a clinical service. If you're working through something that needs a licensed professional, I'll say so plainly, and the honest move is to get that support first or alongside.
